  By far THE ABSOLUTE best storage facility I have ever used. Extremely well kept, the customer service is beyond measure. Real people with genuine care and concern for the folks they interact with daily. I drove 10 miles across town to this particular storage for my storage needs and will do so going forward if the need arises. 💯💯💯💯

  I have lived in Reno for over twenty years. I have had to use storage facilities from time-to-time for general storage and RV storage. Out of the the 6 or more facilities I’ve used in Reno, Sparks, and Caughlin Ranch, Interstate U-Stor is by far the best! Carlos and Ken are professional and friendly. They will go out of their way to help figure things out if you need them to. Additionally the facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Interstate U-Stor without hesitation or reservation.

  I want to sincerely thank Ken and his staff for their incredible hospitality. These folks accommodated my short-notice request to rent a storage unit for only five days to protect a vehicle while my garage floor was epoxy-coated. They even gave me a ride home after I stored my vehicle. Everyone working at the Ambassador Drive location is extremely kind and hard-working and their facility is very well maintained and secure. I will continue to use the Ambassador Drive location for all my storage needs. I highly recommend you do as well. Thank you again, Ken and staff.
