The workouts are challenging but you could go at your own pace. You also get assigned an accountability coach that checks on you regularly to see how you are doing. I have Victoria and she has been great and keeping me on track with my workouts. I highly recommend this place”

“No problems. Clean, safe-ish bus stop. It isn't nearly as close to me as the one stop I pass to get to this one, however, it is closer to me once u get here to this stop again each day. So, who's laughing now, ????? Huh? Bahaha???????????? Another thing, the buses which stop at this one bus stop sending a bit nicer than the ones which only stop at the one just before and after this one. Who knew? Learn something new every day for the rest of the way home now. You can get a better idea of how much you want for your kind words and stuff.”
