This was one of the best experience have ever had. My hearing aid Dispenser detected a severe problem and asked that I see a doctor immediately. Doctor started emergency treatment trying to restore my hearing. I really appreciate this kind and caring person, who took the time to really understand what the problem.

Everyone was very helpful and explained how to use my hearing aids. All my questions were answered, and I was reminded to come back or call if I have further questions. They made the entire visit comfortable, and their knowledge of the system was quite evident. They even paired my iPhone for me as well.

I went in for a cleaning and told him my right hearing aid was not working that well. He took them and cleaned them and found both hearing aid receivers weren't working very well. He replaced the receivers and they sounded like new. I had my volume up to 13 to make them work ok and now they are back down to 6. Thank you for getting my hearing aids back to normal.

The staff are always courteous and professional. I came in because one of my hearing aids was not working. The staff person who assisted me took the hearing aids and examined them. She repaired a wire and replaced the earpieces. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I am very happy with HearUSA as my provider.
