I absolutely had a great experience with Jeff, he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of AAA coverages. I am greatly appreciated for his service. I want to personally thank a couple of supervisors for helping me get a flat bed tow truck to get my vehicle back home....I had spent 3 days dealing with AAA trying to get a tow from Hollywood to North Long Beach and the company MT Towing that was contacted to do it was 1. RUDE...2. Kept giving me the run around...and 3. Just plain never showing up, because they didn't want to make the 21 mile drive...but after 6 hours of waiting on the 3rd day, and Numerous calls made, I found a couple of Supervisors who were willing to stay on the line to help me....1 being Randy, the 2nd being Gina and the last person who actually stayed on the line with me while American Towing showed up...thank you guys soon much I appreciate it...you guys were awesome, just not sure why you would be affiliated with such a horrible company like MT Towing...

Days before the car show. I will definitely be there next year. Outstanding company, customer and employee focused with a top notch training program. Very impressed!
