We bought our spa in February we tried connecting the connect my spa app immediately had problems. Ended up calling customer service and spoke with CJ. He was so helpful. We had problems connecting for over month and CJ couldn't figure out why we couldn't connect but we finally got it fixed. CJ worked really hard on figuring out our issue. Very nice guy.

Sal, the tech from Balboa gave me an above and beyond customer experience. we bought our spa from China, but Balboa Components were installed in it so they still sent a tech and serviced it. Sal fixed our problem
(jets weren't working) and the problem was electrical - not the circuit board. so instead of calling me an idiot for running the wires wrong - Sal did about $100 of electrician work and diagnosed and fixed the messed up electrical connection - in my box, not even the spa. No charge, and he wouldn't even take a tip. Seriously the man. Customer service like this - I'll tell ya, is a great feeling.
