It was not the fault of the company, but I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to this package for 2 weeks (the kiosk was closed when we took our trip to San Diego, so we could not buy them in person). I contacted the company and even though it was my fault, they were very accommodating and gave me a 50% discount off, so I could reorder. They could have made me repay the full price, but they were very kind and understanding. Thank you so much and I really look forward to receiving my cases!
