Costa Mesa Physical Therapy

I injured my knee so my orthopedic surgeon referred me here to rehab my knee. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing. They push you to strengthen your body, work to relieve the pain, and are professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I developed frozen shoulder in December 2023. I was advised by my orthopedic doctor to go to physical therapy because nothing else would cure my condition. I was not a happy camper thinking about having to go to PT 2-3 times a week!
Thank Goodness I chose CMPT because they are a great group of Professionals and physical therapists!!! Sagar was my therapist and treated me for my frozen shoulder. In my opinion he is the best! I was cured in less than 3 months. He is also treating my husband after his hip surgery and my husband definitely feels a difference. Sagar is very knowledgeable and really understands how to improve one’s mobility. We give this team 5+ stars! Thank you CMPT!

As an active runner and high school XC coach I would not be able to be as active as I am without Costa Mesa Physical Therapy's support, knowledge and assistance. The whole staff is friendly and encouraging. I have had two hip replacement surgeries and the whole team is the reason I am as active and pain free today! Amit and Hana are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I have also had my sons attend Costa Mesa Pt for injuries and preventative measures. As a coach and runner I have attended several PT practices and this place is by far the best!

This is a wonderful place to go to for PT, and one which has a good reputation with the doctors I've seen, as well. Hana has been my main physical therapist for quite a while now, helping me work through the various challenges that have arisen in this "maturing" body ;-) I'm grateful for not only the expertise in the very eneficial exercises given to me, but the kindness of the staff, as well. I highly recommend Costa Mesa Physical Therapy!

As an active adult involved in several sports, staying fit is important to me; but injuries do happen. Costa Mesa Physical Therapy's combination approach of hands-on time and expert exercise and training guidance has put me back in the game in no time flat.
