They are responsible for saving my career . Dr Damser got my back in tip top shape in no time, allowing me to get back to work and enjoying my life free of back pain. Very sorry that you were disappointed JS however when dealing with insurance companies we always request that you provide us with a copy of the front and back of the insurance card and some additional information . You only verbally gave the information and it did not pull up online. So we requested you email the card and we would call them to verify. Unfortunately you got belligerent with the receptionist instead of simply emailing the card so we could follow thru. We understand your frustration in this matter but we check insurance as a courtesy to you before your visit.
