Mission Bible Church

My husband and I have been attending this church for nearly 10 years. The love and faithfulness of the pastors and lay leaders is palpable. If you are looking for sound doctrine, verse by verse teaching, the gospel without gimmicks, and to be surrounded by a church family striving to be like Christ, this is the place you’ve been looking for.

After 1 year here, here’s my observation, Pastor Dr Anthony Wood is deeply concerned, determined and convicted about only teaching biblical instruction according what is found in The Living Word, without compromise. He was given a true love for growing up disciples of the LORD who are equipped to become godly pillars of society…men, women, fathers and mothers who can create a foundation of truth, wherever they are, and equiped with sound doctrine to endure, discern, and overcome the profound growing evil and deceit the world is offering us….so God can be glorified by a legacy of committed mature followers, who then love others w His truths, by His strength. I’ve been given clarity in some basic gospel truths other pastors may have been hesitant to tackle or sadly themselves didn’t believe or understand. I feel there is truth, authentic holy passion, loving kindness…so many ways to give, and grow here. If you long to worship our Lord, feel safe - from false teaching and religious corruption, invest your gifts in a body, or where you can simply investigate the Christian faith, where you can find answers, here it is. :)

This is the home of truth. When you come to this church, the sermon is filled with truth from the word and the work of the holy spirit in our hearts. There’s a sense of conviction after the service because how impactful the sermon is through the Word of God. This is the place where God does a work in people’s heart and as a church as a whole. The people here are also loving.

Our 2 oldest young adults go here and what a refreshing place that speaks truth and wisdom from the Bible. Thank you MBC for being bold in your faith and speaking truth. We have come multiple times when we are in town and absolutely love this Church. It also has a very energetic younger family attendance that seem to be on fire for God.

A true Bible believing church with expository preaching and amazing people, who are caring and loving in the way you expect people to be who are following Jesus. I can't recommend highly enough. You will grow spiritually in leaps and bounds if you make this your church and faithfully attend and serve. Hope to see you there!
