Before coaching, I was not sure where my next life chapter would take me. I had so many different paths swirling in my head, which kept me up at night. Since completing the Clarity Catalyst program, I have gained self coaching tools that have helped me create more space to be in the present moment, listen to my intuition, and have patience that the path will review itself when the time is right. I loved the weekly mantras and was inspired to recommit to a daily meditation practice. As a result, I am more comfortable about sitting in the unknown and overall am less stressed and anxious.

I’ve spent a lot of time working with different therapies but none has made as much impact as Amanda. When I first came to Amanda, I spent a lot of time in my head and can’t get out of my inner critic and living with constant stress and fear. I took her Clarity Catalyst class and she did an amazing job giving me the tools to help me get out of my head. She is so personable and light hearted, it made the class really enjoyable and I find myself looking forward to each class.

Since welcoming my first baby, I had completely deprioritized my health. With a second baby on the way, I was seeking to understand how to be inspired and motivated about my health goals and establish a routine within my already busy life. I needed a plan that was feasible and contributed to physical longevity. Amanda helped me recognize the small wins count and are really important to achieving my goals. Goals are fun when they’re big, but quantum jumps are difficult — I often take aggressive approaches to reaching my goals which leads to burn out and short term success. Working with Amanda, she helped me arrange smaller objectives in advance and in a way which contributed to my bigger vision and a more precise landing on the victory.

Overall, Amanda taught me how to view things from a different light. For the first time, I was thinking differently and in a way which helped me achieve what I wanted. After working with Amanda, I now know what a better mindset can be and I have the framework to continue to level up and achieve my goals.
