The replaced one and recommended that I contact the manufacturer about a possible warranty on the second one. We had a problem with our shower faucet. The cartridge was leaking. I wish to share that not only was I pleased with their office staff that took down all of my information but they were also able to come out the same day and provide excellent service in the field it seems to be a really well run company with extremely helpful and professional employees. It should be noted that I had called a couple other plumbers they didn’t even pick up their phone. I think it speaks volumes when you can get same-day service when you have an emergency and that goes a long way in my book.
