    People expect everything for nothing. Ask for price without any intention of buying or supporting local businesses but if they are offended when they are not treated like kings / queens. I DO do my taxes here every year, and they comply with their service. Besides, if I have to travel outside the US, I always contact them and they give me personal attention.
