“Great Wells Fargo branch! If I ever had a question that they couldn't answer, they pull their supervisor and both of them talk with me until I understand what's going on. A lot of the staff seem to be bilingual. Bankers always greet you as I walk in and if one of them can help speed up the process and bypass the line they do. I don't have a car so getting around town is a bit of a challenge, but I go out of my way to visit this branch specifically every time.”
