Precision Kitchen Remodeling

We found Ed and Brad through a referral about 1-1/2 years ago. In that time frame they did work for at least five other people we knew and we were able to see their completed work. They were all very happy with the quality of the work and a huge selling point was they only worked on one project at a time. Hence we hired them to redo a bathroom.

He came and gave us what we felt was a fair price and gave us a start date.
He also suggested redoing some old cabinets in the adjacent hallway, something we had not considered. He said it would be a 2 week job. We agreed on a start date and he started as planned. Ed kept us informed of every step, even letting us know what time he would be arriving each day. If he was going to be later for any reason, he would give us a call. He was very careful about the other parts of the house, trying to keep dust to a minimum and covered up anything that needed to be covered. He completed the job within the two week time frame.

Both Ed and his son Brad were very pleasant to have around and we are very happy with the finished product. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

We found Ed & Brad through Google. Before we found them, we'd experienced some horrific contractors who had taken advantage of our inexperience. Our first project with Ed & Brad was a complete renovation of our kitchen. Not only did they make our kitchen beautiful, creative & unique (just what we wanted and so much more!), they were dedicated to finishing our project. Taking things "one project at a time" means Ed & Brad put you first!

By the time our next opportunity to hire Ed & Brad came around, Ed & Brad became like family to us. Our daughter started calling him "Uncle Ed." At 2.5 years, she knows & tells everyone, "Uncle Ed fixes everything!" Ed & Brad renovated our downstairs bathroom to the nines! Then, they remodeled our fireplace and downstairs bar. Our home barely looks the same!

Ed & Brad go the extra mile. When we had a problem with our home office due to a previous contractor's dangerous work, Ed & Brad not only repaired the damage, but performed the work with such compassion and care. Everything they do is considerate, professional, and features white glove service. Best contractors in town!

We wanted to do a complete kitchen remodel but were skeptical of a few contractors that we spoke with. I found Ed and decided to give him a shot. Ed was on time to our appointment, he provided great insight, suggested we get other quotes (Who does that, when they are trying to get your business?), and asked us to go see some of his work before we made a final decision.

We checked out three other kitchens that Ed did, spoke with the owners who had nothing but nice things to say. After seeing the craftsman ship of the work and hearing first hand how professional Ed was, we decided to give him a shot.

Ed gave us an amazing time frame for the completion of the job and a fair price. He suggested layouts, materials, and ideas to us but was never pushy nor did he ever try to up-sale us. What was AWESOME about the entire process is Ed's communication. He would update us as to when he arrived, what he planed on doing that day, and when he was done for the day. Ed would also always check in with us daily to see if we had any concerns, which he would promptly address if we did. He worked our job and our job only, so we didn't have to worry about when we would see him next.

All in all Ed and his team are FANTASTIC!!!! I would definitely recommend him and already have done so.
