If you need some motivation and guidance to get into shape, then True Body Fitness is definitely the place for you. I trained with Kathy for two years, and it was an exceptional experience. Due to a couple of previous injuries, I’d become pretty sedentary and when I was ready for a change, I called Kathy. I’m so glad I did. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and tough (in the nicest, most encouraging, non-threatening way). She pushes you without being a drill sergeant, and knows how to get the best out you, both mind AND body. The work outs are varied (strength, HIIT), and tailored to your goals. Kathy really worked with me to strengthen my former injured areas. She was eagle-eyed in watching my form and technique, and I attribute my now pain-free shoulder and hip to Kathy and her training expertise. Her encouragement doesn’t stop when your hour is up – she sends motivational, educational and encouraging emails during the week to help keep you motivated.
