Forest Lawn

It was a nice experience meeting Patrick Li, a Planning Advisor at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Cypress. He was very helpful and friendly, aside from being knowledgeable about questions on future planning of one’s final arrangements. I was able to set up what I had been avoiding for years with his help.

It was a wonderful experience working with Planning Advisor, Joan Ryser. I was uncertain as to how best proceed with burial arrangements for my husband. Joan provided numerous options for me to consider. As we worked together to finalize all aspects of the arrangements, I was confident I had made the right decision. I was at peace with the outcome. ❤️

My advisor was very knowledgeable, patient (answered all of my questions), supportive of the sensitive aspect of discussing funeral issues, and kind. I would have to say of all the things I appreciated about working with Josie was that she never pressured me into purchasing a plan. It took me a few meetings before I was ready to commit. During each meeting Josie was patience and never pressured me to make a decision. For that I am truly grateful.
