Flat White Coffee, Cypress

Great coffee shop, good coffee. I got a pour over of their Kenyan blend. Was very good. Will return to try their other drinks. Few seating options but given the size of the space, it's understandable. The staff was very friendly as well.

It’s been a while since I had a WOW that’s some excellent coffee but I found it. Flat White Coffee is in an L Shape shopping center at Lincoln Ave & Moody St in Cypress. Not far from Knott’s Berry Farm & Disneyland. I had a Cortado (espresso Colombia Ethiopia blend) with their breakfast croissant made onsite. The Cortado was smooth backed with perfect balance of espresso & steamed milk. Friendly staff and plenty of space to eat inside or out. If your traveling anywhere near Northwest Orange County I highly recommend checking Flat White Coffee out.

This place should be nationally recognized... At tier 2.

You will be enjoying beans from Onyx, one of the best roasters nationwide.

That said, after touring 8 of the top coffee shops in NYC, you could make a few changes to be just as good as any of those places.

- improve the seating furniture and decor (I recognize the cheapest possible media console from Amazon)
- serve soda water with espresso

The barista is the main thing here! The coffee here is a 10/10 !
I got the oat latte that cost around 6 bucks
& brother got the Spanish latte that also cost around 6 bucks

Flat White Coffee in Cypress offers some unique flavors of coffee. The menu is relatively small, but it's well executed. We were there in the late afternoon, and there weren't any choices of pastries other than plain croissants. I'm not sure I would go out of my way to grab coffee here if I'm not in the area, but we enjoyed our drinks!
