(February 26, 2020, 1:00 pm)This place is awesome, and when we first saw the property we knew this was the perfect place to begin our lives. The apartments are clean and free of pests(Roaches, the pestilence of the earth) that so many other apartment places are plagued with. The pool is nice, the gym is nice, and the environment is very peaceful and quiet at night. There are many snails because of the greenery, and you can hear children playing which gives the apartment some life. The available parking also make this property extremely appealing. However, a nice property isn't the only aspect we looked for after going through countless visits and such to different properties.
We also looked for the right management, and after living in so many places, I realized much of the environment at any apartment complex is a reflection of the people in charge. The property manager here specifically Mario E., is not only a wonderful property manager, but I believe he is an asset to this property and goes above and beyond to make it comfortable for the residents living here. Everyone knows him, and for good reason too, because he takes the time to be attentive to the needs of the complex and its residents by addressing concerns quickly. For example, in the past, I have experienced apartment living where the management was almost nonexistent, but not here. If you have a problem Mario E. will take care of it and take care of it fast, and if it is in his ability to do so, he will do it because it is right. The best part is is that it can be an issue that goes beyond his job description. This place thrives because of him, and it shows through how he manages the rest of his team(Jose is Awesome) here at Cypress Park Apartments as he is respected. He is simply the best property manager there is, and he is again, an asset to this location, and I consider his management here a perk over the competing properties in the area I looked at. The team here is just irreplaceable, and I have never experienced such great service. There is a reason why this place is booked completely, and I was skeptical at first, but buy was I surprised!
(February 25, 2020, 1:20 am)If you are looking for a quiet, clean and a friendly apartment complex this is the place to live. Mario is the best he makes the whole process go fast and easy and made our moving day go by smoothly. The maintenance guys Jose n Jaime rock they are so nice and quick with any maintenance issue you might have. Moving to cypress park apartments was the right move.
(February 11, 2020, 12:06 am)I'm happy to call Cypress Park Apartments home and truly enjoy living here! I am very particular where I live and this community has the attributes I was looking for. From the very first time I visited the site, the property manager Mario was (and is) professional yet very welcoming. He explained the lease process clearly and answered ALL the questions I presented him. Aesthetically our community is very nice with two sparkling swimming pools, nice size patios and bbqs, clean laundry rooms, gym and a club house. We have a terrific maintenance tech, Jose who is just as friendly and helpful. The site is quiet, relaxing and the other tenants are respectful. We are centrally located near gas stations, a variety of stores, restaurants and we have a beautiful city park across the street. I truly would recommend Cypress Park Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
(January 12, 2020, 12:10 am)Me and my family absolutely love this place. Cypress Park is the best. Mario made our move from a big house to an apartment very easy and comfortable. He definitely cares unlike some other apartment managers. Jose, as well, helped us so much. When we orignally came to look at the building, there was no one but Jose there and he made our search so much easier. We knew right away Cypress Park was the easy and best choice. Cypress Park is great because of Mario and Jose’s their efforts to make the place as best they can. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the market for a new apartment!!
(November 25, 2019, 7:27 pm)Our experience here at Cypress Park has been incredible! Mario was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us in to our new place. The community is quiet and very relaxing. Fitness center & laundry rooms are hardly busy. Everyone is very respectful and sweet! No loud neighbors! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment in a beautiful & clean complex.
