I am so happy to be a member of this credit union. They are very good in customer service. And they have always given me excellent service. The banking app is great and easy to use. Just another satisfied customer.
Great service, location.
Just love this Credit Union been a member since 2014 and they always been so kind to me unlike other banks. Walked in to do a refinancing with GARRETT which is one amazing individual. Truly feel blessed he helped me with my auto loan. Was stuck with BlackFish Capital with the worst APR% and Garrett took all my information needed to process the loan and was approved truly amazed by his patience and customer service. Highly recommend Garrett for anyone who is planning on getting an auto loan or refinancing. Just want to thank Schools First and its staff for providing the best service to me over the years. Was completely satisfied with the terms I was given and even wanted to cry out of joy. Thank you Garrett for your assistance.
SchoolsFirst is the best credit union I have ever banked with or even heard of. They have helped me through unemployment, medical debt, and broke-ass student living. I've never been charged a cent in overdraft fees, which is why I left Bank of America and Wells Fargo a few years ago. They also helped me purchase a car at a low APR, and then they lowered the APR even further when I called and requested it just six months later. Every time I call customer service (and I call all the time), the representatives are helpful and actually care. In fact, they will move mountains.
Because I used to suck as a teenager, I had to call them three different times when my balance wouldn't cover the cost of a bill, and all three times, they allowed me to overdraw my account without having to pay any sort of fee. What bank does that? If you overdraw by a dime at Bank of America, it's a $35 overdraft fee. SchoolsFirst has saved my ass so many times, I can't praise them enough.
Best ever.
Ever, ever, ever.
Been a member while going to college back when it just opened and have been a member for the last 18 years. No fees, easy deposits with partners, and this location is one of the larger ones. Though they are always busy here but nevertheless, best credit union around
