Upon entering the facility, I was promptly greeted by Daryll and Erin.

Erin showed me 3 units and offered information and products that I might need for the move. She was professional and polite. I ultimately rented a wonderfully clean unit! Happy to be in a climate controlled building.

Daryll and the team at Extra Space Storage in Cary are fantastic, friendly, and extremely helpful. They get customer service right. This was our second experience with Extra Space and both have been good. They have secure, well-lit facilities. Nothing has ever been stolen, and they have good rates. I highly recommend this location.

My experience with Extra Space Storage was very smooth and pleasant. The employees were both very polite and super nice! The storage units are super clean as well as the entire facility. Darryl made my transfer from one unit to another unit super easy!

I did get lost on way out because office is floor 2 rather than floor 1 on elevator. I suggest signage on the button in elevator.

Cannot say enough good things about the place - what a pleasant experience from beginning. I called the location when looking for storage places and the manager of the location, Erin, answered all my questions in great details, without being pushy at all (which is really much appreciated... since most of the time people just push really hard to sell when you are still trying to make a decision). Then I scheduled an in person visit which also went very smooth. No pressure to buy a bigger space or having hidden fees or anything - everything is explained clearly and you really feel like you can trust them.

On a day to day basis, the place is easy to access, very clean, and Erin is always around to help out in any way she can. Always service with a smile and just a smooth and nice experience every time when I interact with them.
