I wanted to say thank you for all your help last week, getting out printer back on maintenance, with ComDoc here is Ohio.

You did an awesome job, figuring out what happened and assisting with getting it straightened out. We even gave up, I was going to call out rep at ComDoc to figure it out. You had it all it figured out, left me a voicemail stating it was all cleared up.

I appreciate you getting it all squared away. Not everyone takes the time for say thank you, and I’m a week or so late. But, thank you. I appreciate your time, patience, and determination to get it all cleared up.

Regina takes of ordering our toner and she does a wonderful job. Other customer service reps not so friendly but, Regina is awesome.

I have been using So Cal for over four years - they are fantastic. The service technicians are great and Regina in the supplies/customer service department is awesome! Friendly and efficient.
