  I love the beach. This beach has a lot of family areas for picnics.. grilling.. and also they have bikes you can rent.. the space for parking is awesome, plenty of room. I really liked this beach.

  Great public beach for the family. The waves are kept small due to the harbor breakwater which makes conditions for learning how to surf great for all ages. Beach has a lot of BBQ pits and large grassy areas for activities.

  One of my favorite places to go camping. This last time I did have a giant mound of sand I had to climb over to see the water, it's not normally there. But I still love the place!

  We’ve camped here with family 2 years in a row and love it. Even though we’re not a big fan of sandy camping they do have paid showers to make each day end clean before crashing. The waves are fun and if you need better surfing waves you can walk walk north on the beach to 2 different sections to try out. You may get glared at if you’re a complete beginner though. For a little extra extra a night you can stay on the beach.
