  First of all, I would like to introduce myself as a new home buyer who had no idea what to expect when purchasing my first property, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Daniel!!
  
  Daniel’s knowledge of today’s ever changing real estate market was a tremendous value when determining how to approach submitting our offer to ensure an acceptance on a home that I absolutely LOVED. To say that working with him was a pleasure would be an understatement. He went above and beyond all the time and on every aspect of the transaction. You could tell that he puts his heart and sole into his work and that he truly enjoys what he does which made the home buying process fun, I was expecting it to be stressful.
  
  I was communicating with Daniel for almost a year before I actually started to go look at homes. He never once put any pressure on me and allowed me to move at my own pace. He always was accessible to me and I never did feel that he wasn’t approachable. He was always easy to talk to and a delight to speak with.
  
  I would recommend Daniel Finder as a real estate agent for many reasons. The most important of these reasons would be his commitment to his clients, his honesty and patience.

  Dan helped sell my mom's home and the guy was fantastic. He was in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on, the offers that came in and in what direction he felt things should go. He took time to explain what was happening and reading the buyers. He was spot on. Dan was knowledgeable, respectful, hard working, funny and honest. I felt my mom was in the best hands and if there comes a time to buy a new home or sell another property, I'm going to Dan. I feel 100% confident in the man's ability to get the job done because he did.

  There are several things that have always struck me as unique about Daniel. First, he truly cared about us as buyers. We new that we were always in “good hands” and his energy is infectious and makes the home buying process fun. I would finish by stating that Daniel is easy to connect with, we always looked forward to spending time with our realtor who is now our friend. I would highly recommend him to family and friends whenever needed.

  Buying a home can be nerve wracking. Selling a home can give you panic attacks. I've had the pleasure of working with Dan Finder on both types of transactions and let me tell you - both were a breeze. His personal and professional manner takes a complicated and stressful process and turns it back into the excitement that you would hope to experience.
  
  When I first moved to California from Colorado, I didn't have any knowledge of the area. Luckily I connected with Dan, and he took the time to show us many areas and really listened to what we were looking for. He even took us to the school where his daughter attended to show us the awesome Irvine educational system and really helped show us the SoCal lifestyle. He found us a great area and a fantastic home for a reasonable (for SoCal) price. I continue to count Dan among my closest friends, and we still find time to connect for lunch or rock concerts!
  
  Flash forward 9 years, and our home more than doubled in price. When it came time to sell, he took the time to listen to our questions, coached us in preparing our home and planned the optimal timing. His work in preparing, lining up potential buyers and running the open house resulted in a sale the first weekend at over asking price. He even found us buyers that agreed to a longer close to accommodate our daughter's graduation.
  
  While I can't predict the market, I can predict that Dan Finder will be the best agent for you. Make sure you put him at the top of your list - you won't be disappointed.

  I am a mortgage loan officer and I have worked with hundreds of realtors over the 23 years of being in this industry. I did my 1st transaction with Daniel recently and it was one of the best experiences I have had with working with a realtor. His communication was 2nd to none with me the listing realtor and the client which created a smooth transaction that closed a week early.
