I checked reviews on each apartment community & Monarch Beach Apartment Homes had the best reviews. My first contact was with Diego. Let me just say he is absolutely amazing! All the good reviews about him are true. I leased this place site on scene & he was very helpful in explaining the different units, the community & the area. The apartment is better than what I expected. I completed all of the paperwork & locked in my lease weeks before moving here. It was a very easy process. Dana Point is breathtaking. Definitely exceeded my expectations so far. The grounds are clean & beautiful. They are also in the process of many upgrades such as new roofs, clubhouse, & landscaping. The location of Monarch Coast Apartment is perfect. Its a half mile to Salt Creek beach, close to Laguna Beach, Monarch Bay Plaza is literally within walking distance & so is The Ritz Carlton & St. Regis. So far I love it here!”
