(October 10, 2018, 11:52 pm)Had a great time tonight working my body and mind at TRX Yoga Remix. The TRX workout was challenging but gentle on my joints. The yoga flow set to the upbeat music provided the perfect warm up to prepare our bodies for the workout that followed. I am feeling strong and I look forward to giving the TRX straps another round soon. Thanks Anne Marie for an awesome Wednesday night.

(October 4, 2018, 1:01 pm)I’ve been practicing Yin yoga on and off for about three years. I found this studio near my office and tried Christine’s Yin Yoga with Sound Healing. I love it! The sound healing adds a new dimension to my practice. Christine is lovely and welcoming. The couple who own the studio, Annemarie and Montree are really genuine people! They have created a great space, tranquil and clean, right here in Fountain Valley!!!

Remix Yoga offers such a great mix of classes: from sound meditation to workout classes mixed with yoga, you can always find something your body needs that day. Annmarie and Montree are so kind and thoughtful. My boyfriend decided to try yoga and we are both relatively new to it, but the gentle yoga class was perfect for us. Annmarie kept the class slow and came around to made sure our alignment was correct and we were doing okay. I now go to the "harder" classes (to which you can adjust according to your body) but still enjoy the slow-paced classes too.
I originally used a Groupon to find this studio. I have tried a few studios in the past but they were just too cramped and didn't have instructors you could connect with. Remix Yoga has been so beneficial to my mind and body. I now have the unlimited pass and always look forward to seeing the people that work there because they are all so friendly. I could not be happier to be a part of this studio.
I do wish they offered more classes on the weekends, but I also understand that they all need a weekend too! The Groupon is a great deal or if you are a local you can get 20 days for $20. It's a great deal, especially if you go often. I really recommend Remix Yoga to anyone who needs a new studio- new or not to yoga! -

(April 5, 2018, 12:41 am)What an awesome studio! I dropped in on the Vinyasa flow class while visiting the area for work. The studio is new and impressive. Annemarie is super welcoming and is very skilled at giving tips to yogis of all levels. She'll challenge you to do your best! If you're looking to get into yoga or if you've been doing it for a while and want to improve, I highly recommend Remix.

Yoga classes are different, but in a good way. All levels are welcome.
On top of that you have the TRX classes which adds variety into the mix.
You get a free week to try with no risk, so why wait?
