My car battery died. I went there where the owner ( I believe ) had a new battery in stock. He right away got the old one out of the car and replaced quickly, I was done in 15 minutes. Thank you

I have a car that’s 6 years old and it’s been not starting right. I took it to advance auto parts on 19 in Spring Hill to have them check it for me. I know nothing about cars so I leave it to the experts, always. Stephanie answered the phone and Steve examined and changed my battery for me. It was very inexpensive and now I can drive my kids to and from without having to be worried about being stranded. Stephanie and Steve both had. Great positive attitude and we’re very professional. The two young men working today were awesome. Wish I would have gotten their names. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They ultimately didn't have what I needed, but they thanked me and recommended where I mayfind what I needed.
