The online appointment was really user friendly. We had 10:30am appointment. We got there at 10:25am, and we did online check in via the reminder texting message. We were done by 10:34am. Impressive!!!
Besides, the staff was super friendly.

I had a great visit with others while waiting for my appointment time. I didn't do my appointment online, it would have been quicker. The people who worked there were pleasant, efficient & caring. I've had my blood drawn quite a bit, this was painless (lots of vials). I highly recommend the Fullerton branch of Quest Labs, they're open on Saturday 5am to 12pm. Best Quest location I have visited! The building is clearly marked so you can find it easily and there is plenty of free parking If you have mobility issues this building is easy to enter and exit since it is on the first floor..no stairs or elevator to arrive. The space is clean, plenty of chairs while you wait.. and an assistant helps with the check in at the kiosk. You can see on a large screen where you are in the que and how many people are ahead of you
. Mariela drew my blood and she was just the right amount of professional and friendly. She treated me like a person and not just an arm to do a blood draw..this is a busy office so I am sure she sees many people a day. I didn't even feel her draw the blood; there was no pain at all. I highly recommend this location if you need to get blood work done.
