There's no question that JVO sells a top quality bike but what impressed us more was their outstanding level of customer service. A huge shout-out to Nick for his patience in answering my many questions and his willingness to help. He went above and beyond!
(May 7, 2020, 1:52 pm)Ordered a jvo epsilon e-bike online. It was easy to assemble and i rode it the same day it arrived. I noticed the power it had was a lot more than other ebikes I have ridden before. great experience would recommend!
(October 12, 2017, 4:12 pm)JVO BICYCLE DID A AWESOME JOB MANUFACTURING MY NEW HYBRID LADIES BIKE. THE FRAME WAS HAND-MADE FOR ME AND FITS ME LIKE A GLOVE. ALL THE PARTS ARE HIGH-GRADE. THE BIKE IS SUPER LIGHT-COMFORTABLE TO RIDE LONG DISTANCES. IT SHIFTS FAST AND EASILY. I PICKED THE SEAT, HANDLEBARS-JVO BIKE ENCOURAGED ME TO CUSTOMIZED MY CHOICES TO TRULY MAKE THE BIKE ONE OF A KIND!
