They were very helpful over the phone even while closed to the public. I really needed to get something to the FV office and Garden Grove staff assured me they would receive it. ALL SS staff are knowledgeable and helpful which is rare in any field!

I am very appreciative of this office. Since they are the only office which answered my phone call for making an appointment. I called several other social security offices such as Mission Viejo CA office, and no-one answered the phone. In several offices the computer was saying the officers are busy right now and system hanged up on me. I called Santa Ana, CA office and a lady answered the phone which her baby was crying on the phone. She said she can not give me an appointment and she gave me the phone number for another Social Security office which they handed up on me too, their computer said all the staff is busy and no one is available to answer the phone.
