My very first time coming to this office. At first my impression wasn't great. Being that the office didn't present itself very well. But what does having a nice looking office have to do with quality care? I received reminder calls to make my appointment as well as a reminder call 4 days before my appointment. The receptionist was consistent in doing so. I finally got called in for my appointment and met Dr. Roger Nguyen. This is my first time meeting him but yet he spoke to me as if we were mutual. He didn't make me feel like I had a problem. But instead, sat down and listened to what I had to say before giving me his medical advice. During my consultation he asked about my profession and what I do because my condition could be work related. I felt so welcomed! This office really took their time in making sure I made it to my appointment. I read the previous reviews and whether or not it's true, I'm sure to say they improve. Will definitely be recommending Dr. Nguyen to my friends and family. I already did so on FB.
