“It has been a complete nightmare to get my prescription from the Walmart Vision center in Santa Ana. No help, no explanation, just did not want to give it to me no matter who I called. I come in here and I am immediately helped. I called and Helen answered. Helen walked me through the steps sent me the required form. She spent a long time explaining to me how I could get my information. She was stellar and really went out of her way! I now have my prescription that I have been trying to get for THREE MONTHS from the vision center in Santa Ana. It took me two days with Helen here. I have been coming here for oil changes and routine maintenance for over four years now, and not once have I had any problems with these guys... Not only that, its is a busy busy shop, and there are 7 irate reviews..... that is such a misrepresentation of the hard work and quality these guys produce. My Daewoo, a very problematic car company by reputation, has never left me stranded and I can honestly say we could not have hit 300,000 miles without L-H. Thanks guys.”

“I do laundry here and I have never had a bad experience with machines not working or taking my quarters. There’s typically plenty of available washers and dryers. They keep the place clean and once i left a blanket in the dryer, days went by before I realized it. I went bavk to ask about it and immediately recognized my blanket on the counter near the back. This laundry facility is clean and the price of large machines are fair. Laundry bags are available for purchase also detergent and fabric softener and dryer sheets all the essentials are available. “I have never had hair extensions before, but I’m so glad that I found Hair Extension Studio in Garden Grove, Orange County! A little bit of backstory about my hair, I have naturally dark brown hair, but I currently have my hair balayaged. Last year, I had platinum blonde hair and I was not happy with the results, since most of my hair fell off. Therefore, I decided to cut all my hair off to chin length. I didn’t feel myself with short hair, so I decided to get my hair extensions with Hair Extension Studio with Isaac and Susan. I came in for a free consultation, where they explained the process and different qualities of hair extensions they offer. First off, their hair extension technique is called the “flat track system” with tiny beads. They do NOT use heat or glue to attach the hair extension which makes it a plus since it is safer and more durable for your hair. There are two different qualities of hair extensions. The first one is the remiprocessed hair, which is the hair that comes in every color from the manufacturer. They also carry VIRGIN quality hair, which makes them special. I opted to get the virgin hair and have them color match my hair. They did a wonderful job in getting the virgin hair extensions as close as possible to my already dyed hair. They ordered the virgin hair overseas which took about 5-7 business days. They have all the hair in the studio, but my particular hair type had to be ordered. When I came in for my actual hair extension appointment, they welcomed me and made me feel comfortable in my seat. My hair extensions were 2 bundles, because of my hair being so short. The entire process was about 3 hours, but they provided me with the knowledge and education on how to take care of my hair extensions. I felt so much joy seeing myself with my dream hair! The hair extensions blends extremely well with my natural hair, and you can barely see my short hair. For the first couple days, I felt like my hair extensions were a little heavy for my head, but it’s normal because I have never had them before, and I went from short hair to long hair in 3 hours. However, I am extremely happy with the results and I feel like myself! I am planning to keep my hair extensions long term while waiting for my natural hair to grow long again. I have been diligent in my hair extension care and I purchased all the products they recommended for my hair type. Depending on the hair type, they have a system and recommended products to help keep your natural hair healthy and to allow it to grow. It is important to come in for maintenance every 4 weeks (recommended) depending on how fast your hair grows. During maintenance, Isaac and Susan check to see that there are no knots and to tighten and change the beads. Overall, my hair extensions feel like it is a part of me, and definitely boosted my self esteem. It feels so natural and it is so easy to maintain with proper hair care. If you’re looking for a place to get hair extensions, this is definitely the place to go! Since it's our first time here we decided to go with their Pho. I got their Pho with Australian Kobe beef, brisket, tendon, and tripe. My wifey got their brisket Pho. We enjoyed their food, it was authentic in flavor and prices were good. We saw a lot of customers ordering their sizzling plates and will come back and order that and a few other items in their menu.
