Caliber Collision

I got hit & needed to replace my bumper and rear light - my car was in the shop for 1.5 weeks but when I got it back, it was fixed AND looked cleaner than it has in months (they did really good buffing job I guess?) & they even dropped it off at my place because I was struggling to figure out my ride there!!! The next day my car wouldn't start, so Tech (Caliber employee) offered to come and jump it. He suggested I needed a new battery and followed me to Autozone to get a new one and replaced it for me. He was so helpful and kind & I really appreciated his time!

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the door I felt I was at home. The front office staff was warm and inviting and made me fill at ease. Kyle was my service advisor who oversaw my repair. His customer service was top notch, very respectful and delightful to work with. Keeping me updated every step of the way. My car was finished days ahead of time and look brand new. Thank you Kyle and the Caliber team. You all are amazing!

Dan and Kyle offered fantastic customer service. They kept me updated on a regular basis on the status of my car repair and even with some manufacturer delays out of their control, they went out of their way to accommodate me with different solutions. Overall my experience was good and I would go back in the future.

They made me feel like I could trust them with my car. So glad I went with them because they had the car looking like it had just came off the lot!

Caliber Collision did excellent work and completed the job before the agreed date for delivery. They used original parts from Nissan and the parts are under warranty as well as the work. The car looks brand new. The customer service representative was very nice. She was very helpful and professional. I could not have made a better choice for repairs. I give them my highest recommendation.
