Costco Optical Department

Never an issue. Staff nice and friendly.

On 10/25/2022, I called Costco Optical Huntington Beach inquiring about prescription glasses. I was hesitated because I did not have good experience with Costco Optical in the past because some associates were not too nice. Not this time, Angel answered my call and thoroughly explained the insurance process. It was very nice of her to help me over the phone, then i went to the warehouse and met Sonia who is also very courteous in helping me completing the order. I totally recommend Costco Optical Huntington Beach, especially Angel and Sonia, they should be examples for Costco associates in helping customers.

I was seen by Dr. Bruce Spera at Dr. Martin Doll & Associates and had a delightful experience. Dr. Spera was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Thank you for providing great service Dr. Spera! Everyone there was very kind, helpful, and quick.

Katie at the optical department counter is always pleasant, personable and professional. She remembers me & says hello, even after months since my last contacts/glasses order. Give her the Employee of the Year award!

Dr Jenny Park is fantastic! She is always smiling and is very informative. The staff is friendly and they are very time efficient, which makes you think they rush you in and out but that is not the case. They answered all our question, took her time doing my eye exam and very affordable pricing.
