Eric (owner) is beyond helpful. I had a leak in the underground plumbing close to my pool deck. I was loosing 3-4 inches of water in my pool per week. Eric came out to diagnose with some advanced equipment (dove the pool) dye test and audio/mic testing. He was really honest and found the best way to get the job done! Eric is an expert at what he does. My spa has been leaking for years, and we believed is was from a shiphon effect into our pool. when the spa began leaking more and more water, we called out Eric, who was recommended by a neighbor. He determined we had two leaks: one from the skimmer; and the another, most prevalent, from behind the pool light. I can sleep again.

Eric showed up when promised and worked until he found the leak, which was more difficult because the water was disappearing down the drain due to a defective filter flush valve. he returned the next day to fix it. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of pools and answered all our questions quickly and expertly. I recommend him for any pool leak problems you have.

I contacted Eric through his website and he literally responded in one second. Although he couldn't help me because the leak isn't from our pool he gave us advice on how to approach the situation and a referral for plumber. I was incredibly impressed with the level of his help when he knew that he wasn't able to help us. I hope we never have a pool/spa leak but if we do, I know exactly who I'll be calling!
