Posted 8/23 - I just received a notice from Google that over a 1,000 people have read the review I posted a year and a half ago. I thought I would do an update. My expectations have been exceeded. With the unlimited membership, I have found myself coming most every day. The difference I have seen in my overall strength and flexibility has been remarkable. Everyone should do yoga! Also, it is a small studio, with semi private classes, max of 8 or 10 yogis. The teachers are talented and welcoming. It feels like home to me. I like the surf vibe and the cool murals on the walls. Can't imagine going to a crowded large studio again.

I am really looking forward to Dawn Patrol Yoga's opening on Feb. 7th. I have worked with the owner, Brandon, in the past. His surf inspired programs for yoga and fitness are like no other. The focus on strength, flexibility, movement and breath control are just what I need.

Dawn Patrol has been such a beneficial practice for my well being. I used to have really bad neck pain. I've been at the studio for almost a year now and have absolutely no more pain plus I've strengthened my balance and flexibility. The teachers are great, as well as the Sound Baths. =)

Dawn Patrol has the perfect intimate setting for yoga….you feel more tranquil as soon as you walk in! Thoughtfully designed and their very knowledgeable instructors make the experience amazing whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. Highly recommend!
