Laguna Tools

So many companies that don't care about their customers, and this is NOT one of them! Walked in and received amazing customer service. They actually seemed to cared about my issue and are working to resolve it (thanks Brian!!). I have a Bandsaw and Drum Sander from Laguna and love both tools. Highly recommend 👌

Over the years I've needed tech support and they were always willing and able to assist me. Recently I had a problem that could have been catastrophic to my business and the management team stepped up immediately to support me. I was in search of a dust collector unit for my shop when i discovered the CFLUX 3 after hours and hours of research. After assembly i had some minor issues with the circuit board and the on switch, i contacted Laguna tools after registering my tool and was immediately contacted back. I could not be happier with the timely response to these issues within a week i had both replacement parts and have the machine running at full capacity.
