Seventh Chakra Yoga

Priya is the bomb! Have grown up with Kundalini yoga and Priya managed to explain existence and the ego to me in about 30 minutes, on one sheet of paper on a drawing board, on a Friday night (6:30pm).

Great and super relevant place for people who hold jobs and are Yogis(nis) at the same time.

The Kundalini yoga session afterwards was amazing. 🙏 🧘📿

You guys go and check it out!! Kundalini yoga is great for finding silence when you have an active mind, like mine, especially in times that are extremely challenging 😁

Great energy, awesome community. The people and instructors in this studio are incredible. I connected immediately with the staff, instructors and other practitioners. I immediately felt right at home. There's a great variety of "Kundalini", meditation and traditional yoga classes. I love the sound sessions and if you've never experienced it you should. Very powerful. I highly recommend trying a session. You'll love it!

Great yoga studio.

Came here on a Groupon deal for one month of classes. I'm a virgin of Kundalini yoga but have always wanted to try. I've been now taking classes here for 3 weeks and I really enjoy the classes. Priya's classes are very fun and interactive, and I'm learning alot. She's great. Marjan is very lovely and I love her monday night classes.

I sleep alot better at night when I go to class, and I feel more relaxed on those days as well. This studio provides yoga mats, throws/blankets, and sit pillows. Very meditative, and most of the poses are very easy and not strenuous on the body. Lot of breathing exercises and sitting postures.

There's complimentary tea provided, and the tea is amazing. Studio is very clean and very calming

Can we get a few extra stars for this place. If you need to slow down and rest the body and soul come classes at 7th Chakra. You will feel much better and definitely become more aware of your breathing. Some of the classes can be quite physical but all the instructors offer modifications to accommodate any fitness level. If you persist and come for a few months you will find yourself recalling some words from a class that will make you more able to handle daily stressors calmly and confidently. I have found that these classes have also helped me get physically stronger and increased my endurance greatly. I think you get the idea. It is never too crowed and the more the merrier.

These guys are truly real and amazing. Great prices and no gimmicks. Plenty of parking. Got the groupon deal... amazing price for so much in return. I leave 7th feeling much better than when I walked in.
