(July 1, 2020, 12:58 am)Yoga on the beach with Chanda is the best! She is a great instructor that incorporates the whole body experience into her classes. She clearly describes getting into and out of poses safely. Chanda also balances the physical part of her classes with breathing exercises and encourages being mindful to stay present in the practice. Her classes are genuine and she offers instruction for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis! She will also personalize the class with something that is meaningful to her for the day or something that is going on in the world all around us. The other teachers that she has brought to Yoga on the Beach are talented and each offers their own style! Overall, you can’t beat quality yoga, that is donation based on a beautiful beach!!
