I had seen Dr Tran' s office in the past for services and secon opinions...always with expert results. Now, I again needed a second opinion about a vey delicate issue. This time I saw Dr Lee who spent time helping me understand my situation and reco.mending the best doctor able to handle the issue. Then, another Dr (Rude) graciously helped even more. I came in anxious, and left happy, informed, and much calmer.

I went in for a consultation, and they were very informative, professional, and friendly. They explained my scans to me, their reasons for their recommendations, and just generally made me feel at-ease. I had dr. Rood (hopfully spelled right) as my optometrist. He was great! The lady who took the scans (Ashley i think) was also very welcoming and knowledgeable.

My experience with Coastal Vision Medical Group was excellent. I had successful cataract surgery there. Dr. Tran is an outstanding surgeon. His staff is super friendly, organized and professional. When the time comes for my second cataract removal, I will definitely return to Coastal Vision.

This is an extremely professional organization. I received cataract surgery last year from Dr Nguyen. The staff is first class as is the equipment. I had worn glasses since I was 2 years old, and now I am glasses free! Their procedures during COVID-19 pandemic have been excellent. Documents and payments have all been handled online. The waiting room at their Irvine office was never crowded and wait times were minimal. With all the advanced equipment they can monitor every aspect of my eye health, so I plan to continue to come back for regular check ups.
