I've been coming to AKA salon since 2012.
It's a place that makes you feel at home and you walk away feeling and looking drop-dead gorgeous. Aldo is a genuine hair extraordinaire. He is one of the best hair-kept secrets of the OC and LA area. Not only is he talented but he is also genuinely caring and kind. Finding a new hairstylist can be scary, but don't hesitate to come in, Aldo and his team will make the experience fun and easy. Guaranteed to walk away feeling happy with healthy hair.
I trust him and his team enough to not only do my hair but now also my teen daughter's hair. No matter what age Aldo will make sure your beautiful features are highlighted. So go on and whip your hair back and forth, it's glow up time.

Since I started going to AKA to have my hair bleached by Aldo, it's been one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hair salon. I was sad and devastated because a local salon had ruined my hair. My hair was damaged and in a very bad condition. Aldo is amazing! He is professional, amazing and very confident in what he does. He sat me down and explained treatment process before even bleaching my hair to prevent damaging even more. He even estimated time and cost, and went over the entire process for me to get my healthy hair back. He was born to bleach hair and can do it with his eyes closed. AKA Salon treats you like a family and the atmosphere is always fun, happy and clean. AKA salon treats customers with love, care and respect because for them it's a long lasting friendship and not a business transaction. I have been going to AKA salon for years and years and I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair! No joke! He is amazing with colors, blowouts, cuts and even educates you on your hair! I love my experience every time I see him and it is always a blast! The staff and stylists are all amazing and just so great to be around! I have referred everyone I know and they are so in love with their hair whenever they leave the salon! My whole family sees him and even my 13 year old son won’t let anyone else cut his hair but him! He is amazing! Try it out and you will see his magic!!!
PS. The salon manager Ashley is just the best! Never been in a salon where the manager does so much for the clients! Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and just down right fantastic! She will make you feel like you’re right at home!!

Me and my family have been seeing Aldo for over 10 years at AKA Salon, He is part of our family along with Ashley…. Always has taken care of us and all of our friends and relatives we have sent to him throughout the years …. Aldo is an expert hairstylist and is master at his craft and never disappoints no matter what you are looking to get. Aldo is a wonderful hair dresser. Scheduled consultation online, went in for my appointment and was so pleased with the ease of the experience. From start to finish Aldo is a perfectionist and really prioritizes what you want for your hair above all else! My hair is thick, unruly, dry, coarse and just very difficult… but i have never been happier with a result👏👏👏 Aldo took my hair from dark and dingy to bright and beautiful with the most minimal amount of damage. I was shocked to say the least. He bleached my hair and it now feels better than when I walked in!!! Mind blown! He’s truly a master at his craft and I HIGHLY recommend visiting! You won’t regret it! This has been my go to salon for 5 YEARS!!! Amazing balayage! Amazing chemical straightening and keratin ! Amazing hair cutting and styling! Amazing product! The best salon vibes also!!!!
