This joint sits in a food court next to other good options but I had to try it, especially looking at their site made my mouth water and was ready to devour a steak and cheddar sandwich dipped in ajou sauce, and a side of chips (side can be pricey) but it's Irvine so had to try and was satisfied with what I ordered. It didn't stand a chance and washed it down with a mugs rootbeer.. ahhhhhh! Most sandwiches they have are a take on comfort food so on next visit had to try their version of the Nashville chicken sandwich.. could have used a bit more heat for my taste and for about 10 and some change... a chicken sandwich should not cost that much, my opinion.
This place makes amazing food. I'm seriously impressed. First off the food is delicious. The portions are big and the prices make it an easy choice for lunch or dinner. So far over the past month our office has had the breakfast burrito, BBQ Burger, spaghetti sandwich, and spicy chicken sandwich. We've also tried all their homemade chips and fries... all were excellent. Highly recommend you try this place.
Harris' is a very good restaurant. It is perfect for several occasions: romantic, up-scale large group, business, family, and tourist. You will no doubt have an enjoyable dinner.
Our table shared smoked salmon (I don't eat it - but everyone loved it) and Steak Tartare - which was fantastic and spicy.
I started with a Caesar Salad. It was drenched in dressing. Delicious sardine on top, but way to much dressing. Ask for dressing to be cut in half.
Food was delicious however disappointed by limited weekday menu.
Awesome spaghetti sandwiches and fantastic brunches
