I'm so thankful to have Sara as my therapist. She has truly changed my life in just a few sessions.

There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation and gratitude for Sara. I have worked with her for almost a year and she has helped turn my life around from a dark place to a brighter one. Her approach, patience, and kindness have helped reshape my perspective giving me so much more clarity and hope. I feel as if I have woken up and finally see myself for the first time. We were very lucky to be matched with Sara during our pre-marital counseling. Sara gave us very helpful tools and exercises to help us understand each other’s points of view. There were even times when we were able to discover feelings that were buried and help make sense as to how it connects today. With Sara’s help, we have been able to form a stronger bond and communicate things we thought were permanent behaviors.
She worked with us together and individually. After only a few sessions, I can’t begin to express how much self-awareness & gratitude Sara has opened my eyes to and for that I am truly grateful for her perspective. She has my utmost respect and highest of recommendations. Sara is genuine healer.

Making an appointment with Sara has easily been one of the best decisions I ever made for myself. My sessions with Sara have become so much more than I could have ever imagined—she has helped me find happiness in becoming a better person for myself. I have found a balance and improvement in all aspects of my life that I couldn’t have achieved without her. Our sessions have ranged from anywhere from just talking to crying to laughing to meditation, and I leave each session feeling at peace no matter how hectic life is at that moment. There are many times when I think to myself, “Oh my god, I sound absolutely crazy,” but Sara provides such a safe space that I am able to let all of those emotions out and we work through every single feeling. It’s so comfortable and easy to talk to her. She understands and validates you when you feel like you don’t even understand yourself. The work I’ve done with Sara not only helps me get through life’s daily challenges, but she constantly reminds me to celebrate the progress, too. Overall, my life and my relationships with others have become so much more positive and filled with gratitude since meeting her. I sit here and write this as a truly happier version of myself, and I owe that growth to Sara guiding me to do the work. It’s very evident how Sara’s passion for her work and years of experience make her one of the best, well-rounded therapists. There are not enough words to describe how incredible she is!
