Where do I start? I was pulling my hair out trying to find a building for my indoor car dealership. After months of searching with countless disappointments due to incorrect zoning and problems with city approval, I was referred to this dream team of a couple! Shaun and Katie made it sound too good to be true and I was a bit skeptical at first. They showed me a building with the perfect layout that was NOT in the correct zoning. I guess I had no idea that they already had a game plan before asking me if I liked the building. After seeing the property, I knew it was the one! Shaun and Katie set up a hearing with the city of Baldwin Park and quickly got me approved for my conditional use permit. Their professionalism and background in law played a big role in my approval. Every angle was covered and their preparation for the hearing left no room for failure. I now have my dream indoor car dealership thanks to them.

We have now closed 4 investment properties with Katie and Shaun over the course of the last 9 months and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish!

Katie was able to provide clarity on whether we are able to rent our rental property based on her review of the loan rider and provide legal advice. It ended up that there are no restrictions. Such a huge relief for us!!

Working with Shaun and Katie on purchasing our first home together was such a pleasure. We told them around noon we found a home we liked and wanted to see and arranged a viewing within hours for the same day. We knew we wanted to move forward with an offer, and they worked all evening to submit one that same night, we couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get everything in. We believe this is the reason we are now moving into a home that we love, because Shaun and Katie worked so quickly for us. Not only are they both thoroughly knowledgeable, but they took extra time to explain elements of the process to us so that we were able to learn and make informed decisions every step of the way. My husband and I asked a lot of questions and always felt we received answers we could understand. The purchase went smoothly, and from the day we submitted an offer, Shaun and Katie provided a timeline of milestones with tentative dates, and clearly let us know each day we had items to complete which was very helpful for us to stay on top of everything that came in for us to review and sign. We even closed the week before we were scheduled to because they are so organized. After closing, they welcomed us to our new home with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and provided us with a lovely gift for our new home that just completely blew us away. On top of all of that, they took a Sunday to fix items around our new home that were in need of repair so that we would have less to worry about after moving in which we found to be so incredibly thoughtful. Shaun and Katie worked hard to make this happen for us, and we always felt that we could reach out to them with our questions. They are organized, timely, patient, honest, caring, and thoughtful. We plan to use them again for our next home purchase and for other services that Katie offers. We highly recommend Shaun and Katie to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I have been meaning to share my experience with the sell and purchase of our home. If anyone is looking for someone they can trust, it's gonna be my dear friend Katie and Shaun hands down. I met them about 10 years ago as a client and it has bloomed into beautiful friendship, one I'll always cherish. They helped us purchase our first home we bought 6 years ago when we moved to AZ and then, they helped us flip our home to sell it for top dollar! They did it all by phone and text. Our home looked so good that we did not want to move. When we were ready to sell, they referred us to a local AZ agent. But still walked us through every single step, making sure we weren't taken advantage of, and looking out for our best interests. We were able to sell for more than what we thought and then we purchased our dream home complete with a pool, large kitchen with lots of cabinetry, and a 3 car garage. All the items on our wish list. Katie was able to see and recommend to us that our new home was a gem that just needed a little TLC. Boy was she right! We were able to get our dream home for a low price and now we get to upgrade the home to everything we want.

We wouldn't have been able to accomplish what we had without them. These two beautiful souls are the smartest people we know and we highly reccomend this wife and husband team. They go over and beyond for their clients. Further, we literally just moved into our home a week before my brother passed away. I was devastated and completely lost. Katie does what she does best and took control of the situation. This was the first death in our family and she's making sure I'm taking very important steps to preserve my brother's body, finding the right funeral home, funeral arrangements, and gifting my family with the most beautiful flower arrangements to send my brother off. They were not cheap either! If you're thinking about selling or buying, please consider them. I highly recommend them. I promise you will not be just another client to them.
