This review goes to Grant the tech I had today! He was very professional, kind and eager to help me! I had gone to the Dana point Costco yesterday for new tires only to find out today that they were not put on properly so I had been driving to and from work with a low tire pressure all day. Grant was very friendly and patient when I showed up an hour before close without an appointment. He figured out that the wrong service kit had been used yesterday for my new tires and had to take off all the tires in order to fix the problem. While doing this, he was also helping out other customers as he was the only one working (from what I could see). Despite being the only worker, working past close and having to deal with someone else’s mistake, he was still very polite and kind. Please give this guy a raise or bonus because he is a good worker!
