I am super grateful for the entire experience I had with Pristine Plumbing. From the start, I was treated with respect and my plumbing issue was dealt with expeditiously and with urgency. Richard C, the owner, made sure that he disbatched his phenomenal plumber, Dwain B right away. Within 20 minutes, Dwain was at the house, taking care of the problem. Fixing it. Treating my house as if it were a showroom house. Super clean and meticulous he was. Dwain explained everything thoroughly and had a kind, gentle demeanor. You feel like you're his BEST friend. I highly recommend them.

Very quick response time directly following our request for an estimate. They were able to stop by our home shortly after and get several estimates to us to review with follow up. Our questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. We haven't been able to make up our mind as we're looking at multiple water filtration options, but we would definitely consider using Pristine Plumbing if it fits within our budget. We'll update our review if we end up going with Pristine Plumbing for our project. Thank you!

Pristine Plumbing has been a great & positive experience. Eddie was knowledgeable, personable and went the extra mile. I can’t say enough about working with him. I’ve had other plumbing companies come out and I felt like they were doing me a favor and they couldn’t resolve my bathtub issue. Eddie put me at ease and followed up with different options for a new tub and fixtures. I can’t recommend Pristine Plumbing and Eddie enough. I also met met Steve & Simon who were helping with the project. All were very polite & knowledgeable. Great experience all around.

We needed a UV filter installed as part of the existing whole house water filter system. RB came out right after our call. He figured out the best layout and presented a proposal. We approved and he quickly got to work and completed the job that same day. He was extremely polite and kept us informed as the work progressed. The quality of his work is outstanding. It was a complicated installation and it came out beautiful. He cleaned-up and we ran everything to be sure it was working. We will not hesitate to call Pristine Plumbing and RB for our next project.

I had a broken gas tank heater which I wanted to replace. I could not decide between a gas heater vs. electric heater and was more inclined towards electric one given we had solar panels and fretting over to get one from store and then hire technician to install etc.

Pristine made the process so simple. Ruben assessed our hot water needs and suggested that gas tankless heater would serve the purpose and recommended a high efficiency heater that would also drastically reduce the gas consumption. He came by at 11AM and by 5PM they were done installing the new heater. They bought the appliance, installed and everything was settled. Plus any problems after installation are covered in appliance and service warranty.

They also provided all the info for submitting the SoCal gas rebate.

The workmanship was clean and perfect.

Very happy with the work by Ruben and team from Pristine.

Will use them for any upcoming projects and will definitely recommend to my friends.
