Best dentist we've ever had. She takes her time & explains what needs to be done and which solutions are viable. She never advises on the most expensive treatment first. All her staff are as nice as she is.

I have been going to Dr. Lorente for decades and I LOVE this practice. Everyone is so friendly, Dr. Lorente is AMAZING, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of a great dentist.

I switched jobs a while back and was automatically enrolled in an HMO insurance policy that did not include Dr. Lorente as a provider. I go in every 6 months and was due for a check-up, so I made an appointment at another location within my new insurance plan. I have NEVER had a cavity in my life, and this new place said they wanted to drill a total of EIGHTEEN holes in 4 of my molars because there were some crevasses that they were worried might lead to cavities. I work in the health industry. They wanted to drill and fill holes in order to PREVENT cavities - - and if I got cavities, they'd want to drill and fill them anyway? Not only that, they wanted to do this procedure same day. I left immediately and called Dr. Lorente's office from the car. She said to request a copy of the X-rays I'd had done at the other office, which I did, bring them to her and she'd look at them. She reviewed the X-rays and did a complete exam and said I had no issues whatsoever and that I'd had these dips in a couple of teeth for several years (which I knew) but I also had dental sealants and had never had an issue that would warrant this type of "preventative" work. I went to Dr. Lorente without insurance for the next year until I could switch to the PPO where she would be in-network and I've NEVER gone anywhere else again.

My husband, parents, and sister all go to Dr. Lorente. She will talk to you about issues and options and work with you anyway she can. She is the absolute best of the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. To anyone in the Irvine area looking for a dentist, you will not regret making an appointment at Dr. Lorente's office, I promise you.

After having terrible experiences with dentists, one of our friends recommended Doctor Lorente. My previous dentist was physically holding down my 4 year old daughter to fill baby teeth. Dr. Lorente did not agree with filling baby teeth. Ever since, my entire family has been with her for over 20 years. Love her.

She is conservative when recommending treatments, especially with children. She's nice, accommodating and great at what she does. She also takes into consideration my phobia. Highly recommend my dentist!

Met Dr. Lorente when she opened her practice years ago while I was working for the Irvine Chamber of Commerce and then became one of her first patients. And am now happy to be one of her oldest patients.Prior had experienced difficulties finding proper dental care for my problematic teeth. It’s not unusual to find other patients in her waiting room that have kept her as their family dentist long after their moves to other states/cities. She’s worth their travel back. Dr. Lorente is simply THE best.
