Veterinary Urgent Care - Irvine

I took my dog to Ethos when I noticed swelling on his face and couldn't get into my normal vet for a few days. He was an aggressive dog that didn't take well to vet care; despite this, the staff treated him kindly and were patient with his antics. They got to the bottom of his problem, ultimately finding that he had cancer. They provided me medication to keep him comfortable until I could get into my normal vet. While I ended up losing my dog a few weeks later (the disease was advanced, nothing we could do), I won't forget the care the staff provided him and how they comforted and cared for him. If you need vet care urgently, this is the place to go.

The Ethos team was great! We went there half an hour before they closed because we found our dog ate up some hot chocolate powder(about 100g). We were very worried that something serious was going to happen but they seem very experienced and immediately knew what to do and promptly handled it (induce vomiting, etc). When we got home my dog didn’t show anymore symptoms beyond just being tired and the second morning he was just normal. The team also stayed past their opening hours for my dog. They are very professional and friendly and I would recommend to other pet parents(although I hope you never have to take your pet to urgent care!)
The X ray quiz in the waiting area is also hilarious, great for cheering up some upset pet parents

This place was great. My dogs regular vet was booked up for the afternoon and this one was able to get me in right away. Really nice staff, clean rooms. They sent my dogs report back to his regular vet so they have a record. Would definitely go back!
