Chase from West Coast Carpet One went above and beyond!!! He truly exceeded our expectations in customer service...and the work that was completed on our home is stunning. It is hard to find companies and people like Chase that think a few steps ahead of you. This company really cares and does amazing work. I would highly recommend them for any job!

I was referred to West Coast Carpet by Farmers Insurance after my house flooded. I worked with Chase Davis and he was great! He visited my home and had a great eye for pointing me toward flooring that would compliment my existing counters and cabinets. I had never had to pick out flooring and he made a daunting process very easy. They moved so fast to obtain the flooring materials and line up installers. I was amazed! The work was done efficiently and professionally. I can't thank them enough for providing excellent service and quality!

Chase Davis was our general contractor recommended to us by our insurance company after a pipe leakage flooded a bedroom downstairs and continued into the dining room and hallways. Chase was amazing to work with. He kept us informed throughout the entire process from drying to demo to installation. He was highly professional and a terrific advocate for us with State Farm and his sub contractors. So many years dealing with different types of contractors and so many headaches. NONE with Chase and his crew. Simply stated...West Coast One is the best!!! Thank you, Chase. You made a nightmare quite bearable...end result: beautiful work.
