Promenade Cafe & Market

Like most things done by the Irvine Company the Promenade Cafe is very nice...good atmosphere and food/drinks.

Very cool spot with wine, beer, ready-to-bake flatbread pizzas, and even a limited Starbucks menu. Casual chic vibe with somewhat bustling ambiance, and lots of people take their laptops in to work at the bar and surrounding tables despite that! Sort of like a gastropub + convenience store in one. There's a self-checkout scanner for grab-and-go provisions. Lately they've been doing trivia on Monday nights, very cool.

Very cool place to hang out IF you are a college student. This place feels like a college town campus hangout. Tons of kids in the cafe. People filming TicTok videos near the pool. Spring break party feel all around.

This is the cafe I used every day when I lived here. There is a cafe serving Starbucks coffee, and there are unmanned shops. You can purchase a variety of warm meal and cool salads. There are live performances at night and often wine events. I like to watch basketball on TV after work. There is a swimming pool, so a view is also good.

Great cafe in the neighborhood! Lots of snack and drink options to choose from. They even have frozen whole pies available for purchase! There’s a full bar with a cocktail and beer/wine menu as well as a Starbucks coffee station that obviously serves coffee as well as smoothies. They have some basic cafe foods available like sandwiches and some various appetizers.
Great sitting area outside with an assortment of tables and couches. There are outlets available so it’s a great spot to sit and work. The outdoor area is partially covered and provides some shade from the sun.
