Debbie is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond what other agents do. She actually made the process somewhat fun...! Communication was always prompt and clear, and she was always negotiating solely for my benefit, right from the beginning stages. I trusted her implicitly, even though I don't live in town the property is located. The condo was vacant for much of the preparation, so Debbie had to do all of the oversee. The condo sold for over list price in just 3 days!
